Serviceplan Solutions has won the international decoupling budget from Lufthansa, for the services of transcreation, adaptation and diversification. The efficiency agency is therefore responsible for the implementation of all means of communication outside of the German-speaking area in the global context, and shows the importance of its pledge of "reducing complexity" in a global environment, now more than ever.
Munich, 15 December 2016 – With the win of the Lufthansa decoupling budget, Serviceplan Solutions is now responsible for the adaptive and transcreative implementation of all communication measures of the airline worldwide. Alexander Schlaubitz, Vice President of Marketing at Lufthansa, explains: "Serviceplan Solutions has convinced us with their idea of a global platform for the international decoupling tasks." This innovative systemic solution includes a database of assets in order to provide images and video materials all over the world, including templates, as well as a process management tool. The agreement with the Lufthansa Group foresees an expansion of collaboration with SWISS and Austrian Airlines.
For these tasks, Serviceplan Solutions continues to expand its strategically important hubs: Atlanta manages all of North, Central and South America, while Africa and the Middle East are managed in Dubai. Shanghai takes care of the Asian region. "We are present around the world with our own local teams and reinforce our offices as needed. We are pleased to announce that we now provide all of the Lufthansa Group with our decoupling expertise as well as our innovative systemic solutions, with economic efficiency and a unique, global implementation solution", emphasizes Florian Paul, Managing Director of Serviceplan Solutions.
In addition to the brands Serviceplan, Plan.Net, Mediaplus and Facit, the Serviceplan group established "Solutions" as a fifth pillar in spring 2016. Last but not least, this expresses the importance and weight of the business, because transcreation, adaptation and diversification of communication are subject to an ever-increasing demand.
With about 200 employees and offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Milan, Moscow, Munich, Paris and Zurich, but also New York and Shanghai, the independent agency focuses on the internationalization of brand communication, central brand management, intelligent marketing services, marketing automation, marketing process consulting, media production and trade marketing, and also on "marketing cloud solutions". Managing Directors are Stephan Petschow and founding partner Florian Paul. The biggest customers of Servicpelan Solutions are Allianz, BMW, L'Oreal, Lufthansa and Deutschlandcard.
