Since mid-April, Dennis Bono has been the new General Manager of Strategic Purchasing Non-TV at the Mediaplus Group, succeeding Bernhard Becker. In his new position, he represents the interests of Mediaplus in the MagnaGlobalMediaplus purchasing company and will continuously expand the New Business segment. Prior to this, he worked at GroupM Switzerland before joining the Mediaplus Group in 2007.
Munich, May 26th 2017 — Since mid-April, Dennis Bono has been the new General Manager of Strategic Purchasing Non-TV in the Mediaplus Group, a subsidiary of the Serviceplan Group. From now on, the forty-year-old is responsible for all bilateral negotiations as well as for negotiations in the Austrian market. In his new position, he represents the interests of Mediaplus in the MagnaGlobalMediaplus purchasing company and will continuously expand the New Business segment.
Dennis Bono had already become familiar with the work the Mediaplus Group between 2007 and 2011, when he worked there as a group leader for TV planning, tasked with extending the Group’s central TV planning. Bono subsequently worked as a Purchasing Director at the media agency Havas Media in Frankfurt and as a Senior Trading Manager at the media company GroupM Schweiz, before returning to the Mediaplus Group in 2017.
