Munich, February 1st 2016 —
Serviceplan Design's Munich office is located in the House of Communication since 2011. Since the end of the last year, the agency is jointly managed by its two Managing Directors, Annette Häfelinger and Philipp Steinle. The core competence of Serviceplan Design Munich lies in interdisciplinary and narrative brand development — from strategy, brand identity, brand design, and brand spaces to brand innovation. Integrated corporate and financial communications, now headed by Annette Häfelinger, is a new field of competence for Serviceplan Design. The team serves customers such as Bang & Olufsen, Falke, Sano, and the Felix Schoeller Group. The Serviceplan Brand Satellite allows the Munich company to prove its innovativeness.
Annette Häfelinger is a recognised expert in integrated corporate and financial communications and has won numerous national and international awards for projects she managed, including the German Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, and German Designer Club (DDC) Award. Before joining Serviceplan, she worked in Corporate Communications at Siemens, where she designed, among other things, the annual report and cross-media corporate design standards. She began her career in 1995 as a co-founder of the interdisciplinary design and branding agency Haefelinger + Wagner Design in Munich, one of the top 10 creative agencies in Germany. As a managing director, she supervised DAX-30 companies such as the Adidas Group, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Post DHL, and ThyssenKrupp AG.
Annette Häfelinger is a board member and deputy speaker of the German Designer Club (DDC). In addition, she is teaches and juries various design competitions.

On joining Serviceplan Design, Annette Häfelinger says, "The Serviceplan Group has an international platform and high potential for brand development. I am very excited about the task to reposition and further develop the business design approach and thus support the Serviceplan Group as a whole."

Another valuable addition to Serviceplan Design's creative forces is Benjamin Hug, who is the agency's Executive Creative Director since October 2015. He focuses on brand strategy, corporate identity, corporate branding/design, brand environment, interactive design, documentation, and implementation. He previously worked with Jung von Matt/brand identity in Hamburg and MetaDesign in Berlin. He supervised and developed brand identities for W&W, RWE, Volkswagen, Deutsche Post, DHL, and Deutsche Telekom.

Serviceplan Group Design Competence

In addition to Serviceplan Design Munich, the Serviceplan Group also offers broad design competence through its Serviceplan Design office in Hamburg and Goodmind in Turin, Italy. In northern Germany, two strong women led the agency throughout 2015: Martina Kunert and Christine Lischka are the agency's two managing directors, providing their know-how to strengthen the business branding, design, and packaging competence of Europe's largest independent agency group. Since June 2014, Serviceplan Group has extended its international design competence through cooperation with the Italian Pininfarina Group. Together, the two companies founded the Goodmind design agency in Turin.
