Not just for home gardens!
In 2011, an international campaign was developed for the garden equipment manufacturer Gardena, in order to increase global recognition of the brand. The target group was ambitious gardeners, who place value on high-quality equipment. The aim of the campaign was to show how easy it is to handle Gardena equipment and how much fun it is to use it to make the beautiful greenery even more beautiful. This was implemented via multiple transnational TV spots in which amateur gardeners not
only improve their own garden. Inspired by the attention to detail with which many amateur gardeners care for their lawns, it shows the main characters how they set their hands on city parks, traffic islands while the traffic lights are red, or on the football pitch after their favourite team’s match. With the right dose of humour, the new garden equipment was able to be successfully marketed internationally.
