The One Club, known for championing creative excellence in advertising, hosts an annual competition for students around the world. Those who enter aim to win awards and interact in a network of peers and professionals, then pursue real jobs in the field.

How do you inspire young creatives to use what they have in their heads in an international competition? We spoke directly to their “big” heads. With striking illustrations, we encouraged the next year of applicants to use their talents in whatever form they take. “Use your big head” soon became a multimedia motto for the 2018 show.
