After 22 years on Brienner Strasse, the Serviceplan Group is moving to Munich’s hip and vibrant Werksviertel district. The Serviceplan Group is on the move…
From 4 July 2022, you will find our 1,700 experts under this address:
In the three connected building sections ‘Join’, ‘Heart’ and ‘Lab’, we will continue to bring all disciplines together: Creative & Content, Media & Data and Experience & Commerce. All from one source, under one roof.
Our big relocation isn’t just a move from A to B, on the move is also a mindset: because if you’re on the move, you’re not standing still. Especially not in the way you think.
Given the phenomenal pace of change affecting all success factors that influence marketing, future developments are no longer predictable. If we want to adapt to these ever-new, ever-faster changing trends, speed is the decisive factor. Fast reactions and adapting your communication are key success factors.
As your partner, how can we meet these demands?
A decisive factor is our integrated work for you. In the new House of Communication, our integrated way of working is part of our architectural DNA. Consistently bringing together all disciplines enables us to respond to your requests more innovatively, efficiently and quickly than anyone else.
The Serviceplan Group has never stood still. Ever since we were founded in 1970, we have reacted to any challenges flexibly and in an agile way. From integrated working or establishing a media and digital agency to internationalisation, our partner model or making our agency CO2-neutral: we are always on the move. And now we also have a building that challenges the conventional principles of working and breathes new life into the term ‘New Work’.
There is no longer just one place where we can work. Many of our employees are already working both at home AND in the agency. The agency of tomorrow is therefore no longer a mere workplace; it is becoming more of a meeting place. A place that people want to come to rather than feeling like they have to. A place where they share experiences and can have fun. A place that is inviting and conducive to interaction and dialogue. On the move to a more fluid working culture – that’s how working will look in the future: focused at home, team-oriented at the House of Communication.
The new House of Communication is, quite literally, opening up new perspectives: because from July we won’t just be working under one roof, but also with a new sense of openness and a new momentum. We will be working in roomy, open-plan spaces, with fewer walls and restrictions. We will be drawing even more inspiration from more meeting areas, more light and more transparency. With more opportunities to interact with one another.
