The House of Communication in Hamburg was the second agency of Serviceplan Group, and opened in 2006, 36 years after the founding of Serviceplan in 1970. We have been located at the Elbhof, a former office building on Steinhöft 9 between Rathausmarkt and HafenCity, since January 2015. The House of Communication in Hamburg is managed by Diana Degraa, Andreas Fuhlisch and Thomas Wallek. Our common goal is to utilise our network of agencies and employees in the House of Communication to provide our customers with individual, innovative and integrated concepts.
"When we started in 2006 in a mansion next to the outer Alster with a staff of seven, no one imagined that today we would have a 300 plus team, and be amongst the largest, most successful agencies in Hamburg," said Alexander Schill, Global Creative Director of the Serviceplan Group. Whether it's creative work, strategy, design, technology, content, public relations or media, at the Elbhof we work together across all communication channels and for over 40 different clients. Clients include; BMW, Saturn, Continental, Metro, Europcar, Lloyd, Continental Foods, Aida and the Rügenwalder Mühle.
Hamburg is a major asset for the Serviceplan Group, and we are proud of the success story which has resulted in today's strong position in Northern Germany. It has been proven that we believe in people who pursue their goals with ambition and entrepreneurial foresight. The management board will continue to successfully develop the agency’s business in Hamburg.
Diana Degraa has been Managing Director of Plan.Net Hamburg since 2013. Andreas Fuhlisch entered the House of Communication in the spring of 2014 as Managing Director of MediaPlus, and Thomas Wallek has been Managing Director of the agency Serviceplan content since 2009. All three are partners of the Serviceplan Group and for our clients.
The interdisciplinary collaboration of our agency brands - Serviceplan, Plan.Net and Mediaplus - sets milestones in international brand management, strategic content marketing and the management of innovation. Our design solutions are sought after - whether on the Web or for the supermarket shelf. In PR we innovate ways to utilise the media budgets entrusted to us. We are committed to innovative, customized integrated concepts and communication solutions. Behind the historic facade of the Elbhof, our customers can find the right person for the design and implementation of every communication challenge. Our expert teams and their colleagues from other Serviceplan Group agencies can produce for them interdisciplinary work at the highest level, also internationally.
