The historic Elbhof is since 2015 the new home of the Serviceplan Group in Hamburg. The house combines the unique character of the harbour city with the innovative spirit of the company, which was founded 1970 in Munich. Originally started near the Alster in 2005, the House of Communication is not only the second oldest location of the largest independent agency group in Europe, but with its over 350 employees, also the second largest within the Serviceplan Group.
The portfolio of the Serviceplan, Mediaplus and Plan.Net brands includes over 80 national and international clients such as BMW, Deutsche Bahn, DER SPIEGEL and ABInBev. Customised agencies have been set up specifically for Metro, O2, and Tchibo. Behind this is an innovative interdisciplinary success model that reinterprets the interaction between agency and client.
