Under the shared motif #voranbringen, we launched a broad-based corporate campaign for Bayer AG which includes employees in focus of extensive creations and content formats in all media genres. #vorbringen stands for the attitude and corporate culture of the more than 150-year history of Bayer AG and is the unifying element for employee commitment. At the same time, we show that Bayer listens and thus reflect the emotional side of one of Germany's most important brands.

The nationwide, long-term brand campaign uses TV commercials to highlight the personal motivations of Bayer employees. The promise of the corporate brand "Science for a better life" is emotionally charged through a broad mix of channels and as a 60-second highlight in selected quality environments.

 

Attention-grabbing print and outdoor advertisements and editorial formats form a further component of the campaign. This is supplemented by a broad digital campaign with content formats, episode spots on the major topics of climate, nutrition and health as well as a focus on social media.
