The Serviceplan Group’s magazine for brands, media and communication.
The eighth edition of TWELVE shines the spotlight on people as a driver of innovation. How do customer needs develop into new business models and impressive success stories? How is the symbiotic interaction of artificial intelligence and human creativity creating tomorrow’s best brands? Under the overarching theme of “A human-driven future: How humans are shaping the digital world of tomorrow”, prominent guest authors and acclaimed experts are offering specific recommendations for action, new perspectives and helpful food for thought in knowledgeable articles and insightful essays and interviews.
Internationally successful artist Stephan Balkenhol, who is renowned for his iconic wooden sculptures, has made people the focus of his life’s work. For the new TWELVE, he created an exclusive artwork consisting of 12 wooden portrait reliefs. This tribute to the people of the Serviceplan Group will be on display in the new House of Communication in Munich from this summer.
The new issue also features Prof. Alena Buyx (medical ethicist), Claus-Dietrich Lahrs (CEO of s.Oliver), Tim Leberecht (bestselling author), Nancy Rademaker (customer centricity expert), Matthias Dang and Stephan Schäfer (Co-CEOs of RTL Germany), Dr Joseph A. Michelli (psychologist and bestselling author), Dr Emilia Roig (political scientist), Sister Rosa Maria Dick and Stefan Hoechter (Member of the Advisory Board and Managing Director of Adelholzener Alpenquellen), Tijen Onaran (entrepreneur), Markus Lüpertz (painter) and singer Joy Denalane.
