Christoph Kahlert has been a Managing Partner of Serviceplan Corporate Reputation in the House of Communication Berlin since 1st July 2017. The 33-year-old is an expert on strategic communication and the development of cross-media campaigns to establish and protect companies' reputations, and has worked for the Serviceplan Group since 2011.
Berlin, 27th November 2017 – Christoph Kahlert stepped into his role as the new Managing Partner of Serviceplan Corporate Reputation in Berlin at the start of July. He was previously working as the Managing Director at the Berlin and Munich sites. His national and international customers include AirBnB, the Erwin Hymer Group, Konica Minolta, MAN/RIO, Selecta and the Deutsche Industrie- und Handelskammertag e. V. (DIHK) (German Chambers of Commerce and Industry). He advises them on the issues of image and reputation communication, employer branding, as well as corporate responsibility and corporate communication.
After studying cultural studies, communication sciences and corporate management, Christoph Kahlert started his career as a PR advisor at the Serviceplan Group in Munich in 2011. In 2012, he moved to Berlin and established the agency Serviceplan Corporate Reputation together with Joachim Schöpfer, founder and Managing Director of Serviceplan Corporate Reputation in the House of Communication Berlin.
Christoph Kahlert is the initiator of the sustainability study "Sustainability Image Score" (SIS). Since 2011, the SIS has been investigating annually what sustainability image individual companies or entire industries have from the point of view of consumers, and how sustainability affects the company image. In addition, Christoph Kahlert is carrying out research on the relationship between companies' reputations and stakeholder management at Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen, and is a guest lecturer on strategic communication there.

Alongside Christoph Kahlert, Jörg Ihlau (Consultation) and Joachim Schöpfer (Creation) are the agency's Managing Directors and Partners. With a team of 40 people, they are responsible for cross-media corporate budgets and, together with Serviceplan Public Opinion, for integrated political offices, including the German Ministry of Finance, the German Ministry of the Interior, the Minijob-Zentrale and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation.
