New agency Plan.Net NEO offers data-based integration of content and media in order to maximise effectiveness of customer experiences with media.
Munich, 26 July 2018 — Germany's largest owner-managed digital agency group is re-launching its content and media businesses, offering holistic customer experience management across all media touchpoints, with the aim of ensuring success and sustainability for the customer. The core of the new agency offer is the Plan.Net Content Marketing team, headed by CEO Dr. Jan Woratschek. The expertise of these 40 content and social media specialists will be reinforced by experts in integrated media, as well as in business intelligence and performance marketing, under the direction of Managing Director Thorsten Stork. Stork, collaborating with the Plan.Net Group since March, brings over 20 years of media business experience, including that with Blackwood Seven, MEC, Mediaplus, Mindshare and Zenith.
Woratschek, CEO of Plan.Net NEO, commented on the new offer: "Customers today expect a success-oriented combination of media and content that is based on business intelligence. We do not just talk about it – we actually live the co-operation. Our experts from both disciplines work together directly and collaborate on an equal footing." Stork adds: "We see ourselves as serious contenders in a market that has a lot of catching up to do. Our name also encapsulates this: at NEO we understand the problems and challenges for our customers in the digital age. We are 'new' in the truest sense of the word, bringing a fresh and unconventional approach. Due to our of our digital DNA our offer is aimed primarily at advertisers whose digital channels are critical to their business success."
In addition to creating content, the Plan.Net content marketing team has a great deal of experience and know-how in social media and influencer marketing. The integration of expertise in both digital and traditional media means a significant expansion of the service spectrum. In this way, Woratschek and Stork want to offer holistic customer experience management across all media touchpoints. The aim is to offer companies optimised customer value for existing and new customers that is consistently oriented to their success in marketing, sales and CRM.
Stork said: "By controlling media and content independent of a channel, we will achieve optimal results for our customers. That is the zeitgeist."
