Serviceplan Berlin takes on Crispy Content

Through the merger with the content marketing agency Crispy Content, the content marketing service of Serviceplan Berlin is growing by a significant dimension: The new founding of Serviceplan Content Berlin unites the team of 18 around Frank Meinke, current Head of Content at the location, and the twelve employees of Gerrit Grunert, formerly managing director of Crispy Content, whose core competence lies in the area of performance-oriented and automated content marketing. Both communication experts are now acting as managing directors and partners of Serviceplan Content Berlin. The agency is located in the House of Communication Berlin, run by Benedikt Göttert.

Berlin, 18 May 2017 — The Serviceplan Group's range of content marketing services is now even more comprehensive: through the merger with Crispy Content, a content marketing agency founded six years ago, and the resultant new foundation of Serviceplan Content Berlin, 30 employees now guarantee a broad range of content marketing services for customers. Ronald Focken, managing director of the Serviceplan Group, explains: "In Berlin, we have steadily intensified the content business in the past two years – in the creative, editorial and technological fields. By integrating a great team which takes a very strategic and analytical approach to content marketing, we can now create more appeal for customers."

For Crispy Content, whose focus is on performance-oriented and automated content marketing, the move to the House of Communication Berlin promises considerable added value for existing customers as well as exciting new business. Gerrit Grunert, managing director of Serviceplan Content Berlin, emphasises: "Since our founding six years ago, we have developed from being a copywriter and editor to marketer, producing content. For us, getting under the umbrella of the Serviceplan Group is a promising step. We will strengthen our ROI-promise to customers. Frank Meinke has been responsible for the content area at Serviceplan Berlin and is now managing director of Serviceplan Content Berlin: "Our Content Unit has been setting standards in content and social media marketing for years. Crispy Content complements us with its analytical and performance-oriented approach and the great team behind it: in addition to strong content campaigning, we now also offer our customers very concrete sales support."

Finally, location manager and co-founder of Serviceplan Berlin Benedikt Göttert emphasises: "Our location’s tenth year is a special one: we moved into a new house, strengthened the presence of Plan.Net and Mediaplus, and by integrating Crispy Content, we have now been able to achieve significant expansion to our creative and integrated services."
