Plan.Net Innovation, specialised on innovation consulting and development, is bringing a new managing director on board in Carmen Tscharre-Späth, who will focus on Innovation Management and New Work. The 41-year-old comes to Plan.Net from Interone GmbH, where she recently worked as General Manager.

Munich, 4th June 2020 — The Plan.Net Group is sharpening its profile in the area of innovation management: Carmen Tscharre-Späth joins the agency group's team as Managing Director of Plan.Net Innovation. In this position she will manage the agency's business together with Co-Managing-Director Marcel Kammermayer and General Manager Oliver Bruckner. Her tasks include the further expansion of the Innovation Management expertise and the further development of methodology and products in the areas of digital products and services, New Work and agile working for clients and the group.

Tscharre-Späth already worked for the Serviceplan Group in 2006, at that time as Strategy Director at Saint Elmo's in Munich. She then worked as an independent UX [&] Strategy Consultant and moved to Interone GmbH in 2009, where she was most recently responsible for the Munich office as General Manager.
